    Jesus was traveling along the road, on his way to Jerusalem, when people began coming up to him and saying they would follow him. Jesus knew they had good intentions but he also knew that they didn’t understand what it would cost to truly be his followers. They would have to make Jesus more important in their lives than even their family and friends. Following Jesus would cost them everything because of the price he was soon to pay.
